5% acid + fruity Only well-ripened apples with a good balance of sweetness and fruit acid are used in the natural vinegar-making fermentation process .This gives a fruity vinegar with a pleasant acid taste that is equally suitable for enhancing salads and other fare and for a clean sing vinegar cure. After maturing, naturally cloudy cider vinegar is not filtered. The fruit content remains in the vinegar and during storage settles on the bottom of the bottle; but this does not impair its quality. Shaking before use re-distributes the fruit content evenly.
